After extensive remediation, a 44-hectare brownfield is now ready for the construction of a modern commercial and industrial park, P3 Ostrava, which will breathe new life into the abandoned area and become an integral part of the city. Thanks to the design by the award-winning architect David Kotek (PROJEKTSTUDIO), the industrial zone will naturally connect to the nearby city center and complement the unique character of the Aglomerace, shaped by architect Josef Pleskot.
