CTPark Pardubice Rosice

The Industrial and Logistics Park Pardubice Rosice is a transportation and economic part of the Pardubice-Hradec Králové agglomeration. It is located near the center of Pardubice in an urban industrial and transport zone, making it suitable for light manufacturing and warehousing. On an area of approximately 100,000 m², two separate halls will be built, with a total area of about 52,000 m² dedicated to production and storage operations.
