SmartZone Mikulov

SmartZone Mikulov is the most modern industrial park with a total area of 88,000 m², designed for light manufacturing, distribution, and logistics. It is located in the industrial part of Mikulov, on the main route between Brno and Vienna, making it an ideal location as a Central European distribution hub. The first phase, an A-class hall with a rentable area of 17,000 m², was completed in mid-2024. As part of the expansion of this hall, an additional 7,000 m² can be built. Stránka inzerenta.
