CTPark Ostrava II.

The newly emerging CTPark Ostrava II. project will replace an old industrial area in the Hrabůvka district of Ostrava. The developer plans to construct four CTBox buildings and two CTFlex buildings, totaling over 20,000 m². These highly flexible buildings offer spaces starting from smaller units of 300 square meters, which can be customized to meet the needs of tenants and support a variety of business activities.
