Cerit Science Park III Brno

The new Cerit III building complements the existing administrative complex of Centrum Šumavská and the adjacent Cerit II. It is a massive seven-story building. The structure includes four underground levels designated for parking, accommodating approximately 400 vehicles, significantly easing parking in this busy area. A prominent arcade with a commercial ground floor will revitalize this part of the city, offering new opportunities for retail and services. The connection to the existing buildings is provided by single-story wings extending towards Šumavská and Ptašinského streets. These wings house entrances to the underground garages and create a semi-public courtyard designed for employee relaxation.
