We are offering to rent an elegant apartment with a unique view of Prague, size of 107 m2, in a 3+1 layout with a balcony.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and tastefully combines a modern style with original features of the building, which dates back to the 1930s.
Upon entering the apartment, we find ourselves in a large hall, from which there is access to all the rooms of the apartment. A part of the hall is a spacious wardrobe, separated by sliding doors. The large south-facing kitchen with a balcony, modernly furnished and fully equipped with all appliances, has an original and very practical two-part pantry. Glazed doors in the kitchen open up a view into the adjacent living room. Throughout the apartment, there are refurbished wooden floors.
